Stay Steps from Georgetown’s Best Spots

Washington D.C. is serviced by three major airports: Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). From any of these airports, guests can take a taxi, shuttle service, or public transport to easily reach the hotel.

• DCA (Reagan National Airport): 5.7 miles
• IAD (Dulles International Airport): 24 miles
• BWI (Baltimore/Washington Airport): 39 miles

While Georgetown has no dedicated Metro station, several convenient options serve the area:

• Metro: The closest metro station is Rosslyn Metro Station (Blue, Silver, and Orange lines).

From the Metro Station, you have a few options including a scenic walk, rideshare, or the Georgetown University Shuttle (GUTS).

• Via car ride in a taxi or rideshare, the trip to our hotel is an easy 11 minute ride.
  • For arrivals & pick-ups you will want to use the GPS destination of the Thomas & Dorothy Leavey Center.
• If you decide to take a scenic walk, it is about 15-20 minutes across the Key Bridge.
• The Georgetown University Shuttle (GUTS) allows guests to ride to the hotel as well, timing may vary:
  • Take the Rosslyn Route shuttle, picking up at 19th and Moore Streets.
  • Disembark at the Leavey Center stop.

You may want to take the city bus to our hotel, in which case you can board at the Farragut West Station (Blue Line), as this is a primary stop for the Westbound D94.

• Stop Location: Board the bus at the I St NW & 17th St NW stop or the I St NW & 18th St NW stop. 
• Direction: Ensure you board the bus marked West to Sibley Hospital. 
• Service Note: The D94 operates daily, typically every 20–30 minutes, providing a direct link from downtown to the Reservoir Roadside of campus

Arrival at Georgetown University and disembarking on the north side of campus allows for a much flatter walk to the hotel compared to coming from the waterfront. 

• Disembarking Stop: Get off at the Reservoir Rd NW & 38 St NW.
• Campus Entrance: Enter through Entrance 4, which leads directly toward the Thomas & Dorothy Leavey Center. 
• Finding the Hotel: Once inside the Leavey Center, follow signs for the hotel lobby. Using this north entrance brings you onto the same level as many of the conference facilities.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to major roads and highways. For those driving, self-parking is available very close by.

• From downtown D.C.: Take K Street NW toward Georgetown and follow signs to the university.
• From Virginia (via Key Bridge): Take the Key Bridge from Rosslyn and head south on Wisconsin Ave NW toward Georgetown.
• Enter campus through the Reservoir Road NW entrance, adjacent to MedStar Georgetown University Hospital. Follow campus signage toward West Road and Lombardi Circle.
• For parking, you'll want to use the Leavey Center - Drop-off. Parking options are outlined in the sections titled "Parking Options"."

There are a few parking options at our hotel, including parking at the Leavey/The Hoya Hotel Parking Garage or parking at the Southwest Quad Garage Visitor Parking.

There are a few parking options at our hotel, including parking at the Leavey/The Hoya Hotel Parking Garage, parking at the Medstar Parking Garage, or parking at the Southwest Quad Garage Visitor Parking.

Parking at the Southwest Quad Garage Visitor Parking (SWQ):
