Crestline to Manage the Hoya Hotel at Georgetown

Crestline Hotels & Resorts has been selected by Georgetown University to manage the Hoya Hotel at Georgetown, which will reopen in spring 2026 following a major renovation. The five-story property will feature 146 guestrooms, 13,000 square feet of meeting and event space, an open-concept lobby, and a restaurant and bar, restoring the legacy of an on-campus hotel.

The Hoya Hotel Reopening Summer 2026

Georgetown’s hotel in the Leavey Center will reopen as The Hoya Hotel in summer 2026 following a full renovation in partnership with Crestline Hotels & Resorts. The updated property will feature 146 modern guest rooms, over 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space, a full-service restaurant and bar, and an open-concept lobby designed to reflect Georgetown University's history and mission.
